If you are an Australian customer, you can choose to pay for your order via credit card, PayPal or Direct Deposit online. You will be given these three options during checkout.
As an International customer, you can pay via credit card or Paypal.
If you choose to pay via PayPal you do not have to create a PayPal account, you can simply checkout as a guest on the PayPal website.
Once payment has been fully cleared your order will be processed.
I'm hoping that you love your jewellery!. If you aren't happy, or the piece isn't as you expected, please make contact within 2 days of receiving your order.
Within Australia, you have 14 calendar days from when you receive your order to return it. For other countries, you have 21 days from when you receive your order to return it.
To be eligible for a return your jewellery must be unworn, and in the original condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You should also return your proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying your shipping back to me, as shipping is not refundable.
Once I receive your jewellery back I will inspect it and notify you that it has arrived. If your return has been approved, You will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Items are sent in protective packaging, however, if the purchased piece is damaged when you receive it, please make contact immediately and your return postage will be refunded.
